The NAM’s Human Resources Policy Department represents the interests of manufacturers on workplace or human resource-related policy issues. This wide range of issues varies from health care (including Medicare), immigration, workplace safety, education and training, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This site is a resource for manufacturers to find recent information on these subjects through our monthly newsletter, Workplace Watch, press releases, letters to government officials and other reference documents.
